Graphic Connection Referral Program Terms and Conditions

INTRODUCTION

The Graphic Connection Referral Program is designed to reward individuals, small businesses, and non-profit organizations for promoting Graphic Connection products and services to their associates. The program offers commissions for goods purchased brought from advertising efforts not endorsed by Graphic Connection or its affiliates.

QUALIFICATION

Any United States resident 13 years old or older may participate in the Graphic Connection referral program. Persons under the age of 18, but older than 13, must obtain their parents’ or legal guardian’s permission before participating. Participants must create a Graphic Connection account and give a valid mailing address to receive commission. Employees and dependent family members of Graphic Connection employees, its subsidiaries, or any company in its advertising network, cannot participate in the program. No purchase is necessary.

COMMISSION

For all qualified sales originating from a Referral Program participant, a 5% (five percent) commission is awarded to the account of the participant. Commission is calculated from the subtotal of the sale, excluding all shipping/handling and taxes. The resulting amount is credited to the participant’s Graphic Connection account and may be redeemed for cash value once the balance has exceeded $10.00. Any positive balance in the participant’s favor may be redeemed for store credit at any time. It is the participant’s responsibility to claim commission. Graphic Connection is not responsible for automatic payments of commission.

Commission is credited to a participant’s account only after Graphic Connection has secured payment for a qualifying transaction and shipped the order. If a qualifying order has been cancelled or appears to be fraudulent, commission for that sale will not be issued. Participants may not refer themselves or anyone in their immediate household. If Graphic Connection, at its sole discretion, determines such activity takes place, all outstanding commission will be forfeited and the participant will be prohibited from participation in the Referral Program.

Referred customers with previously established business relationships with Graphic Connection do not count as valid sales.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Graphic Connection is not responsible for any loss or damages, direct or indirect, as a result of participation in the Referral Program. Graphic Connection does not report earnings to State and Federal tax regulatory bodies. Participants are responsible for declaring any required earnings through the Referral Program as income and meeting all tax liability. Graphic Connection is not responsible for the methods used by participants to promote Graphic Connection products. Such liability rests entirely with the participant.

PERJURY

If a participant knowingly uses false information to register for a Graphic Connection account, all commission will be unconditionally forfeited and the participant will be prohibited from further participation in the Referral Program.

SEVERABILITY

If any portion of this agreement is considered to unenforceable by a Court of Law, all other terms and conditions will be in full effect and force.

MISCELLANEOUS

This Graphic Connection Referral Program may be discontinued or altered at any time without notice. In the event that Graphic Connection discontinues the Referral Program, outstanding commissions with balances greater than $10.00 USD will be sent by check through US Mail to the last address on file to the Graphic Connection account.

Graphic Connection Referral Program void where prohibited by Law. This agreement is subject under the jurisdiction of United States law, and the State of California.
